Delete account and associated data

Request deletion of your Diatourin account, sign-in identity, profile and photos, shared experiences, place history, saved items, associated requests and messages. Access on Android and web will end. This is not temporary deactivation and cannot be reversed once completed. Your Google account is not deleted.

Delete specific data, keep your account

Specify the data you want removed, such as photos, experiences, place history, saved items or particular conversations. Your account and other data remain available. Include enough detail to locate the data, but never send passwords or sign-in codes.

How to send a request

Open the Diatourin web request page, sign in to the account you want to manage, and submit the account or selected-data request. You can use the website even if you have uninstalled the Android app. The team verifies ownership and handles the request manually.

The team aims to complete requests within 30 days after receiving the request and completing any necessary ownership verification. We will contact you at the reply email you provide if more details or time are needed, and confirm completion. A receipt does not mean deletion has already happened.

If particular records must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations, the team will explain the categories, reasons and duration. Requests also include coordinating deletion with relevant service providers.
